In this episode of The Longevity Lounge, we are excited to welcome Greg Bennett, a former professional Olympic athlete and one of the most accomplished triathletes of his generation. Greg’s incredible career spans over 27 years, during which he competed in more than 500 professional triathlons and secured over 100 international wins. Notably, he represented Australia at the 2004 Athens and 2008 Beijing Olympics, where he placed fourth in Athens with a time of 1:51:41.

Greg has been a dual citizen of both Australia and the USA since 2012 and has made a significant mark in the world of triathlon. He is a two-time International Triathlon Union (ITU) World Series champion, winner of six World Cups, and earned three Australian National titles along with two Oceania titles. Greg’s accolades include being named Triathlete of the Year in both 2003 and 2007, and being ranked as one of the top 15 greatest triathletes of all time by Inside Triathlon magazine.

In addition to his triathlon victories, Greg has built a successful career as a motivational speaker, corporate trainer, and entrepreneur. With a deep understanding of the pillars of longevity—including physical activity, nutrition, mental resilience, and community—Greg brings a holistic view on what it takes to live a long and fulfilling life. His unique perspective on gamifying social connections, serves as a fantastic example of how building strong relationships can significantly impact well-being and vitality.
